In order to create successful products, there has to be a human centered approach. Not only the needs of the end user or customer should be taken into account, but also those of the people who works on and with the product in your own organization. With my experiences from roles such as UX team of one, UX researcher, Product Owner, Project Leader, Scrum Master, Trainer, and Technical writer, I can help you with developing products which are not only useful and easy to use, but also to support, sell and produce.
